Instructional Design Coaching
Coaching helps us to enable staff to perform. In this course I wanted to enable staff to create their own training, maximising our Learning and Development impact at Historic England.
I used the principles of coaching and mentoring to create a DIY approach to eLearning whilst still retaining instructional design principles and quality.
I used activities and processes to engage the audience, allowing them to plan their training whilst completing this course.
I created a course that is easy to navigate, bitesized and fulfils the audiences’ needs.
